What's your spawn, casing and sub? How did you prepare, spawn and inoculate? I would be willing to bet your spawn was your culprit, but other factors could have contributed as well. Bacterial subs usually will produce, but poorly. You should still get some fruit especially since you said it's starting to pin on the sides. Like, Sidestreet advised, quarantine that bad boy. I have yet to see that on a casing or a sub though. I have seen those a million times on agar.
